1、 There are two ways to composite curtains:

2、 Selection of hot melt adhesive film for curtain composite:
When laminating curtains, the requirement for softness is very high, so when choosing hot melt adhesive film products, we need to carefully consider the softness performance. Whether it is hot melt adhesive film or hot melt adhesive mesh film, TPU material hot melt adhesive products have better flexibility. At this point, we have two main categories to choose from: TPU hot melt adhesive film and TPU hot melt adhesive mesh film.
Since there are two options available: TPU hot melt adhesive film and TPU hot melt adhesive mesh film, when should we choose hot melt adhesive film and under what circumstances should we choose hot melt adhesive mesh film? Based on a comprehensive analysis of our current curtain clients, we usually recommend using TPU hot melt adhesive mesh film. However, if it involves sheet or film composite materials, we would recommend using TPU hot melt adhesive film.
3、 Application of curtain shading film:
In fact, many people nowadays use curtain fabric composite to solve the problem of shading, and using shading film is a very good solution. The black light blocking film is composite in the middle of the curtain fabric, and there are two ways to composite the light blocking film with the curtain fabric: water glue composite and hot melt glue composite. The water glue composite method is simple, but its environmental performance is poor; The use of hot melt adhesive composite process is slightly more complex, but more environmentally friendly than traditional water-based adhesive.
When laminating the shading film, due to the reduced shading performance of the shading film after being heated at high temperatures, a lower composite temperature of the hot melt adhesive film should be used when selecting the hot melt adhesive film. When considering the requirements for water washing resistance of curtains, the editor recommends using the model with lower composite temperature in the TPU hot melt adhesive film to composite the shading film.
